1. General Terms

- Items must be brand new, with full tags attached, unused, unwashed, and without any scent.

- Each order is eligible for one-time exchange only (except for items with manufacturing defects).

- For higher-priced exchange items, customers are required to pay the difference. For lower-priced items, we do not refund the difference.

2. Exchange Conditions

- Wrong size, color, or design delivered.

- Items with manufacturing defects.

3. Exchange Policies

- Customers must contact H2B within 3 days from the delivery date to request an exchange.

- Processing time for exchange orders: 7-12 days (from the date H2B receives the returned item).

- H2B does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

4. Exchange Delivery Fee

- Customers are fully responsible for all shipping fees related to exchanges.
